Hello fellow fitblrs!!:) This blog was created originally to help me get inspiration on my journey to fit and toned. (looking at all those lovely tumblr girls is very motivating!) It used to be all about a boy and trying to win him back by "looking HOT ;) " but since i started on this journey and became so much more confident in myself he tried really hard to get me back but i had come to realise i didn't need him in my life anymore and i can do alot better ♥! So from now on i am focusing on me, myself & I. Getting fitter and stronger and loving myself every step of the way. I now have an amazing boyfriend who makes me incredibly happy. I love you Luke ♥

Goals♥= 71, 70, 69, 68, 67,66, 65, 64,63,62,61,60.
ULTIMATE GOAL WEIGHT! ♥♥♥♥♥ 59kgs. (Only 6kg to go! Once i reach this weight i will hopefully start fitness modelling :) )
Please ask me anything/if you want info on the workouts i do let me know :) to date i have lost 10kgs and gained lean muscle! I am now super into Crossfit & EVERYONE should give it a go! It is the most enjoyable, everchanging fitness you will come across :) xx
